Standards and Protocols
Standards and Protocols are Adopted from the International Ghost Hunters Society. Credit to Dr.Dave Oester and Dr. Sharon Gill.

1. No smoking during an investigation

2.No alchol before during or after if remaining on site

3.No Ouija boards or seances during or after if remaining on site.

4.Conduct investigations in a professional manner

5.Respect posted property, ask permission and do not trespass.

6. Do not take photos during adverse weather conditions {rain, snow,fog, mist, windy.dusty atmosphere, etc..}

7. Do not take photos while traveling on a dusty road.

8.Clean camera lens regularly.

9.Eleminate camera strap evolvement by tethering or removing it all togeather.

10.ask the spirits permission prior to taking pictures.

11.Reduce lens flare by avoiding shooting in to the sun or reflective surfices.

12.Keep fingers away from camera lens during operation.

13.Keep long hair away from lens during operation.

14.Avoid shooting when foreign objects are floating around camera.

15. No horse play during investigations, in cemeteries or historical sites.

16.Maintain reverence and respect durig investigations.

17.Use fresh audio tapes for EVP recordings.

18.Compare anomalous prints with negatives for confirmation.

19.Flash is good for 9 to 12 feet from camera so focus on that range.

20. Maintain a postive mental attitude during all investigations as skepticism generates negative energy.

21.take notes and record all activities and occurrences during investigations.
